Arqit Quantum Inc. Reports Select Preliminary FY 2026 Financial Results: Annual Revenue Tops $975K, NATO Contract Win, and Cash Position Reaches $51M

Arqit Quantum Inc. (Nasdaq: ARQQ) has released select preliminary financial results for its second half (H2) and full fiscal year ended September 30, 2026. The London-based post-quantum encryption software developer highlighted full-year top-line revenue growth, initial commercial traction for its Encryption Intelligence automated discovery solution, and a major international defense win.

Because Arqit operates on a fiscal year ending September 30, comparisons are drawn against H2 FY 2025 and full-year FY 2025. The table below summarizes key preliminary financial metrics for H2 FY 2026 and full-year FY 2026 compared with prior periods.

Financial Highlights & Full Fiscal Year Growth

Arqit expects full fiscal year 2026 revenue to be between $975,000 and $1,000,000, representing an approximate 84% to 89% increase year-over-year compared to $530,000 in FY 2025. Annual top-line growth was supported by revenue recognition from contracts signed prior to the fiscal year, combined with initial contributions from seven new commercial contracts executed during FY 2026.

Preliminary revenue for H2 FY 2026 is expected to be between $355,000 and $380,000, down sequentially from H1 FY 2026 ($623,000) and year-over-year compared to H2 FY 2025 ($463,000). Management noted that H2 FY 2026 revenue recognition was adversely impacted by the cessation of revenue under a material contract with a customer in the Middle East due to geopolitical disruptions in the region affecting the client’s operational obligations.

The company ended fiscal year 2026 in a strong liquidity position, holding approximately $51.0 million in cash and cash equivalents as of September 30, 2026 (up from $28.9 million at the end of H1 FY 2026).
