Kerala, India-based quantum software provider Bloq Quantum has announced a strategic partnership with MIUUL, a premier technology training and skilling ecosystem in Turkey. The collaboration marks Bloq Quantum’s official entry into the Turkish market. Under the agreement, MIUUL will serve as Bloq Quantum’s official regional training partner, integrating the company’s enterprise quantum software directly into its advanced tech curriculum.
Streamlining the Transition from Theory to QML Deployment
A primary challenge in quantum upskilling is the gap between abstract mathematical concepts and practical engineering execution. Traditional quantum software development often requires researchers to manually configure complex cloud environments, set up SDKs, and write low-level code before executing a single experiment. This high technical barrier frequently prevents classical machine learning engineers and data scientists from experimenting with hybrid quantum algorithms.
The partnership addresses this entry barrier by providing MIUUL students with direct access to Bloq Quantum’s enterprise infrastructure:
- Low-Code “Data-to-Deployment” Environment: MIUUL’s Applied Quantum Machine Learning Development Program will utilize Bloq’s platform to let students build, benchmark, and run hybrid quantum-classical models.
- Hybrid Workflow Execution: The platform simplifies the backend orchestration, allowing students to focus on algorithmic design—such as Quantum Neural Networks (QNNs) and Variational Quantum Classifiers (VQCs)—rather than infrastructure setup.
- Accelerating R&D Cycles: By bypassing setup bottlenecks, Bloq Quantum’s low-code interface allows technical teams to build and test hybrid workflows up to 10x faster, smoothing the transition for classical data scientists entering the quantum domain.
By embedding these capabilities into MIUUL’s intensive bootcamp structure, the program aims to cultivate a pipeline of quantum-ready professionals capable of implementing practical solutions in financial services, logistics, and data analytics across Turkey’s expanding deep-tech sector.
