South Korean quantum security fabless vendor ICTK Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ: 456010) and cybersecurity specialist Jiran Security have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch Q-BRIDGE—a joint commercial initiative offering end-to-end Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration for enterprise, government, and financial sector clients. The partnership integrates Jiran Security’s proprietary cryptographic asset discovery and vulnerability analysis software with ICTK’s hardware-rooted PQC security architecture.
Under the project structure, Jiran Security leads initial diagnostic auditing, risk assessment, and migration roadmap planning using its Crypto Discovery platform across a client base of over 6,000 domestic organizations. ICTK provides the underlying hardware infrastructure by integrating PQC algorithms with its silicon-proven VIA PUF™ (Physically Unclonable Function) Hardware Root of Trust (HRoT) chips. ICTK’s technical mandate encompasses the design, supply, and interoperability verification of PQC-enabled Certificate Authorities (CA), Key Management Systems (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).

By connecting cryptographic inventory discovery directly to physical PUF-PQC hardware deployment, Q-BRIDGE addresses key operational friction points in post-quantum transition workflows. The partners plan to execute field Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs) to validate multi-vendor interoperability and intend to jointly submit proposals for South Korea’s national public sector and defense-sponsored PQC modernization projects.
