Infleqtion has raised $100 million in a Series C funding round led by strategic and institutional investors including Glynn Capital, Counterpoint Global (Morgan Stanley), S32, SAIC, and others. The funding will accelerate deployment of the company’s atom-based quantum technologies across sensing, computing, and timing, with a focus on defense, aerospace, and critical infrastructure. With nearly $30 million in revenue in the prior year and a $200 million customer pipeline, Infleqtion is positioning itself as a leader in operational quantum systems.
The company’s neutral atom quantum computer, Sqale, is deployed at the UK’s National Quantum Computing Centre, and Infleqtion is the only foreign participant in Japan’s Quantum Moonshot program. Recent technical milestones include a materials science simulation using its Superstaq compiler and Nvidia’s CUDA-Q, and the launch of Contextual Machine Learning, a quantum-inspired AI framework. Its quantum-enabled atomic clocks, already in use by NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense, deliver over 100x precision improvements and have been recognized with an $11M APFIT contract.
A new partnership with SAIC will support expanded deployment of Infleqtion’s quantum sensing platforms—such as atomic clocks, RF communications, and inertial navigation systems—into mission-critical defense programs. More than 36 government and commercial projects are currently active, with expansion plans in North America, the UK, and Australia. Additional investors in the round include In-Q-Tel, Breakthrough Victoria, SentinelOne’s S Ventures, NSSIF, and others. J.P. Morgan acted as sole placement agent.
