Pasqal’s Neutral-Atom Quantum Hardware Now Available via Google Cloud Marketplace

Pasqal has launched access to its 100-qubit neutral-atom quantum processor through the Google Cloud Marketplace, marking a significant step in broadening availability of neutral-atom quantum computing. The integration allows users to leverage the Pasqal Cloud platform—a separately available service—for submitting, monitoring, and post-processing quantum jobs directly within Google Cloud’s infrastructure.

Through this partnership, users can define quantum jobs using Pasqal’s open-source software stack, which includes both low-level libraries for direct hardware control and high-level libraries offering pre-built solutions for graph machine learning. This layered approach makes the system accessible to both domain experts and users without quantum experience. Upcoming releases in 2025 will extend functionality to optimization and quantum simulation.

The collaboration is designed to support pay-as-you-go access and integration into hybrid cloud environments. It enables scalable quantum computing adoption without the need for proprietary hardware investment, targeting enterprises and researchers exploring real-world use cases. Pasqal’s CEO Loïc Henriet emphasized the importance of “frictionless” access, aligning the offering with the company’s roadmap for practical quantum advantage.
