Phasecraft and Quantinuum Partner to Utilize Phasecraft’s Algorithms with Quantinuum’s Hardware

Quantum algorithms company Phasecraft has announced a groundbreaking partnership with Quantinuum. The collaboration aims to combine Phasecraft’s cutting-edge quantum algorithms with Quantinuum’s state-of-the-art hardware to accelerate the path to quantum advantage.

As part of the partnership, Phasecraft will gain access to Quantinuum’s System Model H2, a quantum computer with industry-leading 2-qubit gate fidelities of 99.9%. This will enable Phasecraft to run advanced algorithms and tackle ambitious applications in materials science and beyond. In return, Quantinuum will license Phasecraft’s patented compact encoding technology, a highly efficient method for encoding solid-state systems on quantum computers, for non-commercial research.

“This collaboration is a major milestone in our mission to take quantum computing from theory to application,” said Ashley Montanaro, CEO of Phasecraft. Quantinuum’s Jenni Strabley, VP of Compute Products, emphasized the value of partnerships in advancing quantum computing capabilities.

The partnership aligns with Quantinuum’s roadmap, which includes the upcoming release of Helios, a 96-qubit quantum computer, and the development of Apollo, a fully fault-tolerant quantum system by the end of the decade.
