Q-CTRL Expands Quantum Education and Error Correction Tools in India Through ELTECH Partnership

Q-CTRL has partnered with ELTECH Consulting, a Bangalore-based firm, to expand access to its quantum education and error correction tools in India. ELTECH will serve as an authorized re-seller of Q-CTRL’s Black Opal and Fire Opal software, which are designed to prepare enterprises, researchers, and educators for quantum computing. Black Opal is an interactive quantum education platform, while Fire Opal optimizes quantum algorithms and mitigates errors, addressing critical challenges in current quantum hardware.

This collaboration builds on Q-CTRL’s previous initiative with Quantum AI Global, which integrated Black Opal into Tamil Nadu’s technical universities. Tamil Nadu became the first state globally to mandate quantum computing education, incorporating Q-CTRL’s software into the Naan Mudhalvan Upskilling Platform. The partnership aligns with India’s National Quantum Mission, which aims to accelerate quantum research and workforce development through funding and infrastructure.

India’s quantum ecosystem is rapidly growing, driven by increasing public and private investment. By providing Q-CTRL’s tools, ELTECH Consulting aims to equip businesses, researchers, and educators with the resources needed to advance quantum capabilities. This partnership supports India’s broader goal of developing a skilled quantum workforce and strengthening its position in the global quantum industry.
