Quantinuum and Oracle Launch OCI Quantum AI Compute Beta Program for Early Access to Helios

Full-stack quantum computing provider Quantinuum (NASDAQ: QNT) and Oracle Corporation have announced the launch of the OCI Quantum AI Compute Beta Program, opening early cloud-based access for select enterprise and academic organizations to evaluate hybrid quantum-AI workflows on Quantinuum’s commercial trapped-ion QCCD processor, Helios.

First announced as a strategic partnership earlier in 2026, the collaboration integrates Helios directly within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI data centers alongside classical High-Performance Computing (HPC) and NVIDIA GPU clusters. The beta program provides approved participants with a zero-installation, browser-based Python development workspace to execute hybrid quantum-classical workloads—spanning molecular simulation, materials science, supply chain optimization, and quantum machine learning—utilizing Quantinuum’s Nexus platform, Guppy programming language, and Selene emulation tools.
