Keyfactor has announced the acquisition of InfoSec Global and CipherInsights (a solution from Quantum Xchange) to consolidate leadership in quantum-safe security and cryptographic posture management. The combined offering will integrate cryptographic discovery, continuous risk monitoring, and automated certificate lifecycle management to help enterprises prepare for quantum-era threats. The company emphasized that the merged capabilities will address cryptographic complexity across modern infrastructures, including the detection of weak encryption protocols and compliance risks.

The new suite of tools includes AgileSec Analytics for deep cryptographic asset discovery, AgileSec Agility for centralized cryptographic agility management without source code changes, and CipherInsights for passive, real-time traffic inspection of encryption health. These tools enhance Keyfactor’s Command platform by enabling enterprises to identify, prioritize, and remediate cryptographic risks across hybrid IT environments. The platform supports migration to post-quantum cryptography and streamlines regulatory reporting under standards like PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.

With quantum readiness emerging as a top enterprise priority, this acquisition positions Keyfactor to deliver end-to-end visibility and remediation at scale. The move follows strong commercial momentum for Keyfactor, which recently surpassed $100 million in ARR and achieved 32% year-over-year growth. Market reception has been reinforced by external validations including a top position in Frost & Sullivan’s 2024 Radar for PKI-as-a-Service.
