QuSecure™ Inc. has announced the launch of QuProtect R3, a fully integrated, production-ready PQC platform. The platform is designed to make encryption modernization simple for organizations by addressing the challenges of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration, including cost, time, and the need for in-house expertise.

The QuProtect R3 platform provides three modules. The Reconnaissance module delivers visibility into vulnerable encryption across modern, legacy, and cloud systems. This module is offered as a complimentary tool for qualified companies. The Resilience module fortifies networks with cryptographic protection for both modern and legacy systems, enabling crypto-agility to update encryption methods. The Reporting module is designed to streamline compliance with on-demand visibility and control, with a single click to generate a cryptographic bill of materials (CBOM) for standards such as CNSA 2.0 and GDPR.

The platform’s capabilities are designed to help organizations move beyond the discovery phase of PQC migration. Rebecca Krauthamer, CEO of QuSecure, commented on the need to simplify the PQC migration process. She noted that the company has seen organizations get “paralyzed in the discovery phase” and that the Reconnaissance module is designed to be a launchpad for migration. The platform is intended to help organizations address cryptographic debt and prepare for threats such as “Q-Day” and “Harvest Now, Decrypt Later” attacks.

QuProtect R3 is intended to help organizations maintain cryptographic hygiene at scale without requiring them to replace existing infrastructure. The company’s roster of customers includes the U.S. Army and Air Force, key players in the telecommunications and energy sectors, financial institutions, and global cloud services providers. The platform is available through AWS Marketplace and partners such as Accenture, Dell, Cisco, and Carahsoft.
