Equal1, a developer of silicon-based quantum hardware, and Kvantify, a quantum software provider specializing in chemistry simulations, have formed a strategic alliance to advance quantum applications in drug discovery, biotechnology, and advanced chemistry. The partnership integrates Equal1’s silicon quantum processors with Kvantify’s molecular modeling algorithms to execute scientific workloads on rack-mounted hardware. To support this collaboration, the companies have established a joint working group to coordinate hardware-software roadmaps and evaluate prospective industrial projects.

The agreement with Kvantify follows two foundational technical partnerships established by Equal1 in April 2026:

By utilizing these prior infrastructure and control layers, the partnership with Kvantify adds a dedicated application layer to the stack. This allows researchers to run chemical simulations on hardware that is physically integrated into data centers (via Bull) and operationally autonomous (via Q-CTRL). The joint efforts focus on reducing the time and computational costs associated with early-stage molecular modeling by utilizing quantum-centric workflows for complex chemical processes.
