European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC) has appointed Cécile Perrault as Executive Director, effective September 1, 2026. Perrault brings extensive industry expertise and deep familiarity with the QuIC community. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s strategic initiatives alongside members, governing boards, and European policymakers to accelerate the commercial adoption of quantum technologies across Europe. Atom Computing has appointed Kevin Messerle as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Messerle brings over two decades of financial leadership experience from investment firms including Davidson Kempner Capital Management and Summit Partners, as well as high-growth technology companies. He most recently served as CFO of York Space Systems, where he guided the company’s financial operations through a period of rapid expansion and its public market debut on the NYSE. Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech has appointed Albert Solana as Chief of Staff. Solana returns to Qilimanjaro after two years building and advising ventures in the artificial intelligence sector, including roles as Co-Founder and Advisor at Mindsight Ventures and AI & Technology Advisor at NesAI Health. In his new capacity, he will work alongside executive leadership to support strategic operations and organizational scaling as the company expands its analog quantum computing platform.
