The Canadian Institute of Advanced Research (CIFAR) has just issued a report that describes the national quantum strategies for 46 different countries plus the European Union. The report contains one-page summaries of the national quantum strategy for each country and classifies each country into one of four classifications:
The types of support each government can provide for quantum R&D can also take different forms and the report further classifies by country the type of support provided with most countries implementing several and some implementing all of these types of support.
For those who wish to understand the different national strategies for quantum technologies, this 57 page report is the most comprehensive we have seen so far and provides significant detail for each country including references that show the sources of their data. You can view a description of the report on the CIFAR website here and you can download the full report here.
