Diraq has announced the appointment of longtime semiconductor executive Scott A. McGregor as its new Chairman of the Board of Directors. McGregor—former CEO and President of Broadcom and Philips Semiconductors (now NXP), and lead developer of Microsoft Windows 1.0—brings vital CMOS technology scale-up experience to Diraq’s silicon-based quantum roadmap. He succeeds the Hon. William Jeffrey, who will remain on the board. IQM Quantum Computers has appointed Barbara Venneman to its Board of Directors as the company prepares for its planned Nasdaq listing via a business combination with Real Asset Acquisition Corp.
