Quantum Machines and Bluefors have announced an extended OEM agreement that brings Quantum Machines’ QCage qubit chip holders to Bluefors’ cryogenic measurement systems. This partnership allows researchers to order Bluefors systems with pre-installed QCage holders, streamlining the setup and calibration process and saving significant development time.

The QCage, designed for microwave resonator-based quantum devices, minimizes qubit losses and decoherence and includes magnetic shielding for enhanced protection. Available with Bluefors’ LD and XLDsl systems, QCage arrives fully tested and integrated, ensuring optimal performance for quantum computing research.

This collaboration builds on previous joint research between the two companies and promises to deliver seamless integration of cutting-edge quantum technology, empowering researchers to achieve faster and more reliable results.

Mikko Nurminen, Chief Sales Officer of Bluefors, and Omri Shoshan, Chief Business Officer of Quantum Machines, both expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting its potential to accelerate advancements in quantum research and development.
