SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ: LAES), together with WISeKey International Holding Ltd and its acquired entity IC’Alps, has announced the official inauguration of the Grenoble Node of the SEALSQ Quantum Corridor. This initiative is designed as a secure innovation backbone, establishing a transnational infrastructure that interconnects quantum-enabled computing, AI, cybersecurity, and semiconductor ecosystems across Europe and the U.S.

The Grenoble Node, operated in collaboration with IC’Alps, will serve as SEALSQ’s European center of excellence for Quantum ASIC design and semiconductor integration. This center will accelerate the development of secure, low-power, post-quantum integrated circuits (ASICs). The resulting ASICs will utilize NIST-approved CRYSTALS-Kyber and Dilithium algorithms, merging classical and quantum logic to resist next-generation quantum attacks.

The full Quantum Corridor is structured as a network of specialized hubs: the Quantix EdgeS Hub in Spain focuses on PQC chip personalization and test, while Switzerland serves as the nucleus for cryptographic trust. The network also integrates a space component, leveraging WISeSat low-orbit constellations to anchor orbital trust services, allowing mobile and IoT devices to perform quantum-resistant key exchange independent of terrestrial infrastructure.

Carlos Moreira, Founder and CEO of SEALSQ, noted that the initiative is intended to accelerate the development of QASICs and quantum-resistant coprocessor IPs to build secure, trusted infrastructure. The SEALSQ Quantum Corridor is positioned as a strategic framework to foster technological sovereignty and accelerate the convergence of PQC and semiconductor engineering.
