The partnership offers three primary tiers of engagement designed to systematically move organizations through the quantum adoption cycle:
- Quantum Sandbox Environments: Hands-on exploration of sector-specific use cases within a controlled industry context.
- Quantum Readiness & Roadmap Programme: A structured discovery framework that assists leadership teams in formulating multi-year, validated quantum strategies.
- Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Delivery: End-to-end orchestration of use cases into working implementations, managed by QAI Ventures with QCentroid providing the technical backbone for hybrid quantum-classical workflows.
QCentroid’s platform utilizes an AI Copilot and agentic tools to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, offering enterprise-grade experiment tracking and IT integration.
