Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) has appointed Gerald Mullally as its new Chief Executive Officer, following his successful tenure as interim CEO since June 2024. Mullally’s leadership has been instrumental in the company’s global expansion, the launch of its Dimon qubit technology, and strategic partnerships. His experience across both government and industry is central to OQC’s role in delivering secure, UK-led quantum capabilities. QuSecure has named Jennifer Leggio as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Revenue Operations. Leggio brings over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, driving go-to-market strategy, brand visibility, and revenue alignment.
