Quantinuum has announced the beta availability of Quantinuum Nexus, an all-in-one quantum computing platform designed to streamline quantum computing workflows with expert design and full-stack support. Quantum users are invited to apply for beta access to collaborate closely with Quantinuum on adopting and customizing Nexus for their needs.
Quantinuum Nexus simplifies quantum algorithm deployment, addressing common tasks and pain points. The platform enables users to run, track, and manage resources across multiple quantum backends, featuring a cloud-hosted JupyterHub environment and dedicated simulators, including the Quantinuum H-Series emulator. This integration allows users without H-Series hardware to experiment with H-Series capabilities immediately.
Nexus integrates fully with Quantinuum’s H-Series Quantum Processor, InQuanto™ software, and H-Series emulators, supporting multiple hardware and simulation backends including Qiskit Aer, Amazon Braket, Quantinuum H-series, IBM Q, ProjectQ, and Qlacs. It stores comprehensive experiment data, facilitates easy data sharing, and offers administrators resource controls, advanced usage visualization, and secure collaboration tools. Also, while some users previously had direct access to use Quantinuum’s H-series quantum processors, the Nexus suite brings a whole new set of additional capabilities for users including the following:
- Support for accessing hardware/simulators from multiple providers
- Hosted development environments
- Collaboration tools
- Access to additional software packages
- Long-term data storage of input and results
- Visualization of data usage over time
Quantinuum Nexus stands out for its experiment management and cataloging system, H-Series emulator access, and integration with the quantum chemistry package InQuanto™. It provides a consistent API for working with various quantum devices, enhancing user experience and third-party integration. Quantinuum aims to set a new standard in quantum Platform-as-a-Service with Nexus.
Quantinuum is now accepting applications to participate in being a beta user for Nexus and plans to start onboarding these users later this month. General availability is expected in the Fall of 2024.
