Bloq Quantum, a quantum software startup, has secured Rs 1.3 crore ($155K USD) in a pre-seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), an angel investment firm based in Gurugram, India. The investment is part of IPV’s strategy to support promising startups through tech support and network access.
The funds will be allocated towards product development and team expansion, enhancing Bloq Quantum’s quantum algorithms and platform capabilities. Bloq Quantum aims to simplify enterprise adoption of quantum computing with its low-code interface, accelerating quantum algorithm development and providing valuable business insights.
Founded by Sreekuttan L S and Jay Patel, Bloq Quantum is focused on overcoming the challenges of complex quantum algorithm development. Bloq Quantum has gained recognition by securing third place in the 2023 Global Fujitsu Quantum Simulator Challenge and first place in the TCS Quantum Challenge 2023.
