SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ: LAES) has announced the upcoming launch of a U.S.-based Post-Quantum Root of Trust service, set to go live on November 21, 2025. This infrastructure is intended to enable American enterprises and government agencies to issue, manage, and validate quantum-resistant digital identities and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) services entirely on U.S. soil.

The platform is built as an extension of SEALSQ’s INES platform and is designed to deliver locally controlled, quantum-secure certificate issuance and hardware-anchored device provisioning for IoT, industrial control systems, and telecommunications. The service is aligned with NIST’s PQC standards and the NSA’s CNSA 2.0 framework, and integrates seamlessly with SEALSQ’s Quantum Shield QS7001 PQC hardware platform.

The launch is positioned as part of a “Made In USA strategy” to bolster national cybersecurity and digital sovereignty. SEALSQ also plans to use this infrastructure to secure WISeSat’s growing satellite constellation, providing a sovereign, hardware-secured, post-quantum-ready trust layer for space and terrestrial networks.
