Quantum Machines Opens Israeli Quantum Computing Center, Integrating Cutting-Edge Quantum and Classical Computing
Mohamed Abdel-Kareem2024-12-28T14:44:40-08:00Quantum Machines (QM) has launched the Israeli Quantum Computing Center (IQCC) at Tel Aviv University, supported by the Israel Innovation Authority as part of the Israel National Quantum Initiative. The center integrates multiple quantum computers with supercomputers using the NVIDIA-QM DGX Quantum for ultra-fast communication, making it the first of its kind globally. The IQCC, a state-of-the-art facility, hosts different types of quantum computers, including a 25-qubit superconducting quantum processor by Quantware and an 8-qumode photonic quantum computer by ORCA. This integration aims to advance quantum computing by providing researchers and developers worldwide access to leading-edge quantum and classical computing resources, [...]
