Rigetti Computing has appointed Thomas J. Iannotti as their new Chairman of the Board. He is also currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Applied Materials Inc. Mr. Iannotti has extensive experience in the computing industry and had served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Services, at Hewlett-Packard Company before his retirements from that company. Quantum Machines has announced it is create a new subsidiary in Germany called QM Technologies GmbH and is setting the subsidiary's headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. There is a large amount of quantum activity in Germany and this new subsidiary will help the company access and participate in these projects. This will be Quantum Machines second European hub joining one in Denmark that they obtained in March 2022 when they acquired QDevil. Alice & Bob, a French quantum hardware developer, has appointed Élie Girard as its Executive Chairman. Mr. Girard was previous the Chief Executive Officer of Atos and had also worked at Orange, EY, the French government, and has served as an advisor at other organizations. He will be utilizing his previous experience to help guide Alice & Bob through their strategy development and help them position the company within the global quantum tech ecosystem.
